Dave Chen, M.D. Dr. Dave Chen received his undergraduate degree at The University of Chicago and his medical degree at The New York University school of Medicine . He completed his internal medicine residency at the UCLA Medical Center . Dr. Chen is an internist, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 2002.         David W. Hirshfield, M.D. Dr. David W. Hirshfield received his undergraduate degree at The University of New Mexico and his medical degree at The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He completed his internal medicine residency at the David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California. Dr. Hirshfield is an internist, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 1997.         Thomas J. McNamara, M.D. Dr. Thomas J. McNamara received his undergraduate degree at Catholic University and his medical degree at Georgetown University. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. McNamara is an internist, certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 1984.         Geeta Raja, M.D. Dr. Geeta Raja received her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and her medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Dr. Raja is an internist certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 1995.         Lakshmi S. Sastry, M.D. Dr. Lakshmi S. Sastry received her undergraduate degree and her medical degree at the Osmania University, India. She completed her internship at the University of Washington, Seattle, and her internal medicine residency at George Washington University. Dr. Meena Andrew received her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech University, a masters degree in public health from George Washington University and her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. She completed her internal medicine residency at Wake Forest University. Natalee is a board certified Physician Assistant and has been in practice since 2007.         Annemarie Zabbara, BS, MPAS, P.A.-C. Annemarie Zabbara received her undergraduate degree from Towson University in 2001.  She graduated in 2003 from the Chatham College Physician Assistant Program in Pittsburgh, PA with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies . Annemarie is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and has been in practice since 2004.
