From Damascus: Take MD 27 South to I-270 South toward Washington. Exit 15B-A to merge onto Germantown Road/MD 118 South toward Germantown. Make a U-turn at Middlebrook Road and the Shady Grove Adventist Medical Center will be on your immediate right.
